High Voltage Devoloping Transformers

Express Transformers and Controls have over 25 years experience in the design and manufacture of High Voltage transformers for the scientific industry. We can design and build transformers developing up to 60kVac, these designs are produced using either Araldite or Polyurethane as an insulator.

We require information as to the Primary and Secondary voltages and the power requirements of the transformer.

The AC developing transformer size is governed by the voltage of the secondary. With AC developing, care has to be taken with the winding insulation which includes interlayer insulation.
